Shop: Wind Crystals
Top-up opens soon. For now crystals are granted by the staff, for example as event rewards. Cases and promo codes already work. Prices below are preliminary and may change before the server opens.
Playing on Windlands is free. Wind Crystals are voluntary support for the server: you spend them on cosmetics, quality-of-life items, and in-game items.
What Wind Crystals are
- A separate currency you buy with real money.
- 1 crystal = 1 ₽.
- Shared across every hero on your account.
- Crystals cannot be exchanged for Karats or back, cannot be transferred to other players, cannot be cashed out, and don't carry over to other servers.
- Crystals are sometimes handed out as event rewards by the staff.
How to buy
Payments aren't connected yet. Once they open, buying will work like this:
- Open your account on the site, Top Up tab.
- Pick a package and pay through the payment service.
- Crystals usually land on your balance within a minute of payment. We'll email you a receipt.
Payment methods for the international region will be announced before top-up opens.

Karats cannot be bought with crystals.
How purchases are delivered
Everything you buy arrives in premium storage (O → "Premium Storage"). From there you pull it into your inventory whenever it's convenient. If a delivery fails, the crystals are refunded to your balance automatically.
Anything bought with crystals is bound to your character: it can't be sold on the auction house, traded, or dropped.
Cases and odds
Cases open on the cases page. A case gives one reward: crystals or a catalog item. The odds for every reward, and the average return, are published on the cases page and visible before you open one. Average return is below the case price. Each opening is a separate purchase paid in crystals. Crystals from a case, like purchased ones, can't be cashed out or transferred. Cases never contain karats.
Purchase history
Every crystal transaction is visible in-game: O → "Crystals" → "History." The same history is in your account on the site, Crystal History tab. We'll send the full payment history on request to lyamaevroman473@gmail.com.
Refunds
- Unspent crystals can be refunded within 14 days of purchase: email lyamaevroman473@gmail.com with your payment number.
- Spent crystals can't be refunded: the purchase has already been delivered.
- If a payment went through but the crystals never arrived, we'll credit them or refund the money.

Wipe
If the world is reset at the end of the closed test, your crystal balance and everything bought with it will be kept.
Players under 18
You can buy with crystals from age 14, and only with parental consent. Under 14, a parent or other legal guardian must make the purchase.
